    2020 to 2024

    New Autofringer complete redesign with Siemens control system including recepies, precise motions with increased speed and force. New install or replace an old unit, speed gains up to 16Hz (960 strokes / min).

    2012 to 2019
    10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY ! We are selebrating with SPECIAL PRICING on our NCA unit.
    Another needle is added to our selection. Developed a Wick-Drain machine.

    2011
    Autofringer NCA first major revision in nine years with increased speed and force. Give your old AutoFringer NEW life with speeds up to 16Hz.

    2010
    A second LARGE NEEDLE was designed for a client that had a special need. This needle will be added to our needle selection and available early 2011.

    2009
    A Wireless HR-Meter designed for clients that want to expand where sales have slumped can now offer leasing and charging only for used machine time. Can be metering any type of equipment with EIPP (Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment) all via the internet.
    2008
    A LARGE needle is added to the needle selection. New fabrics can now be Auto-Fringed with this 1.6mm (0.063") LARGE needle.

    2007
    Autofringer NCA control update with touchscreen. NCA can now be run with or without the HMI. The Needle and Cutter motions are fully adjustable from slow motion to 8+Hz for very easy setup and optimizing new fabric designs.

    2007
    Autofringer NCA control update. The Needle stroke length is adjustable from 70mm(2.75") down to 10mm (3/8") with increased speed on dense fabrics where only short yarn lenghts are pulled.

    New HMI designs from simple button operation to wireless and touchscreen units.

    A hook needle for 2-layer fabric is added to the needle selection.

    AC speed control and vibration technology lead to new exiting high performance training equipment.

    NW Robotics introduces MANTS MicroAjustmentNTS that simplifies NTS setup and also allows for Micro Adjustment of the Needle Cylinder to allow for a more precise Needle Height Adjustment.
