Engineering & Design:

Key Benefits
Project Management
Experienced Engineering
Virtual prototyping through 3-D modeling
Flexibility

NW Robotics & Technology employ the latest analysis techniques to solve even the toughest design problems quickly and efficiently and the use of a design approach which integrates creativity, ingenuity, objectivity, and integrity. NW Robotics & Technology use the best tools available for virtual 3D modeling and design, for an efficient iterative design process. Designs are completed thoroughly in virtual 3D design, before metal is cut. This allows presentation of design reviews in a format that is easily understood, and it allows for a more rapid and inexpensive design development process. NW Robotics & Technology's Clients receive continuous updates, and are an integral part of milestone design reviews to ensure the project is delivered as specified with no surprises.
NW Robotics & Technology will provide the right solution based on the details of the Client's requirements, objectives, and design constraints. Solutions range from Ideas, Prototypes, and manually loaded semi-automated workstations to fully automated stand-alone and integrated Factory Automation Systems employing innovative Process Automation Technology.

Research & Development:

Key Benefits
Minimize time-to-market
Cost efficiency
Predetermined feasibility

After an initial evaluation of our Client's requirements and project constraints, NW Robotic & Technology engineering department may recommend an R & D project phase first, to include a Prototype for Proof of Principle.

Some potential benefits of R&D are:
Overall project cost efficiency
Minimize time-to-market
Identification of Risk and Mitigation
Predetermined Feasibility

Experienced in custom manufacturing, NW Robotics & Technology understands the development process and will help the Client to maximize the benefits of the development cycle. Through research, 3D solids design, prototyping, and data analysis, NW Robotics & Technology will develop the Clients manufacturing process from prototyping to production.

Engineering, Industrial Design Manufacturing Techniques and More!
NW Robotics & Technology is also able to support the Client's need for Product Development, Industrial Design, and Process Development. There are significant benefits to including NW Robotics & Technology in Product Design discussions early in the life of your project. As a designer and manufacturer of machines, NW Robotics & Technology will help to ensure that the Client's product is designed for mechanized assembly. It is well known that considerable savings can be realized by including machine designers in product design discussions. NW Robotics & Technology provides product design with the benefit of a machine designers perspective

Manufacturing & Assembly:

Key Benefits
Reliability
On time delivery
Outsourcing fabrication
Meticulous documentation

Outsourcing most of the fabrication allows for competitive costing, NW Robotics & Technology has a small in-house machine shop to handle modifications and some concept testing. Working prototypes can be created for the designers so they may test their concepts before incorporating them into their designs. Changes and improvements to the process or mechanisms can be made quickly and cost effectively.

Mechanical & Electrical Assembly
Professional assembly process ensures meticulous and in-time assembly. Assemblies are carefully kitted from bills of materials as the parts are received. Each assembly is easily assembled from drawings created during the design stage and inspected by the design engineer. If changes are determined to be required during the assembly stage of the project, they are carefully documented so that the drawings and manuals can be update before the Client's machine is shipped. Experienced, highly skilled electronic assembly able to complete full wire assemblies from schematics created during the design stage of your project. Control panels are neatly laid out and all wires and cables are custom labeled to reduce debug time and ensure the reliability of your machine throughout its use.
